JENNIFER HOLMES, Senior Vice President of Corporate Accounts

Jennifer has 30 years of exceptional leadership experience in the Healthcare industry, including medical device, MedTech and consulting.

She’s an innovative, strategic and tactical leader who steers the reengineering of sales and marketing organizations, operations, new product launches and M&A integrations. Passionate for recruiting top talent, building high-performing teams and trusting relationships with strategic partners and key stakeholders, Jennifer is the recipient of numerous awards and recognitions for exemplary leadership and performance.


Jennifer brings to Proximo 30 years of commercial leadership experience in healthcare. Recently, she served as Vice President of National Accounts at Heartflow, a MedTech non-invasive cardiology start-up company valued at $1.6 billion. There, she led the company’s first commercial IDN strategy where she closed a multimillion-dollar contract with Ascension Corporate.

Prior to joining HeartFlow, Jennifer was the Chief Executive Officer at Central Logic where she was responsible for closing an $8 million Series C round of growth financing while accelerating revenue growth. In her first year as CEO, she restructured the company, hired a new executive leadership team, improved operations and guided the company through a critical transformation initiative – resulting in a revenue growth of 117% and gross margin improvement of 22%.

Before joining Central Logic, Jennifer was the Senior Vice President, Enterprise for MedAssets. She was responsible for driving $42 million in top-line growth collaborating, consulting and building strong C-suite executive relationships with large IDNs and corporate partnerships.

Prior to MedAssets, Jennifer held several executive leadership positions at Spectranetics. As Officer and a member of the executive leadership team, she served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Vascular Intervention, responsible for leading 110+ commercial and clinical professionals. Prior to this role, Jennifer was Senior Vice President for Lead Management where she was responsible for spinning off and scaling the business, accelerating growth and profit margin improvement. During her tenure, the company’s revenue grew from $65 million to $110 million – achieving profitability for the first time in 25 years.

Before joining EKOS as VP of Sales and Marketing Jennifer held numerous roles at Guidant Corporation. She served as the U.S. National Director of Sales for Guidant Cardiac Surgery, responsible for leading 120+ commercial professionals with annual revenues over $700 million. She was a member of the Integration team during the J&J acquisition, responsible divesteing off the J&J Cardiac Surgery business to Datascope and restructuring the division. Boston Scientific ultimately acquired Guidant’s Cardiac Surgery and the CRM business for $4.1 billion.

Jennifer has held additional leadership roles in commercialization, operations, and sales and marketing for companies including EKOS, acquired by British International Group; Heartport, a J&J company; and Boston Scientific.

Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology and Sports Medicine from Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana.
